LitServer : A Mailserver for Bibliographic References in Computer Science

The operation of the LitServer mailserver has been discontinued in September 1995. In its two years of existence it has served 13000 requests.

which also offers a search interface. The WWW interface is much more popular and will continue to be maintained.
