Summary
The AFS distributed filesystem. AFS is a distributed filesystem allowing cross-platform sharing of files among multiple computers. Facilities are provided for access control, authentication, backup and administrative management. This package provides additional tools useful for understanding and debugging the client and server. It is completely optional.

- in init script, do not run the on_network check if ENABLE_DYNROOT=1
- package the LWP builds of fileserver & volserver (which are built but
  not installed by default) in addition to the default pthreaded ones,
  with suffix ".lwp"
- package the pthread build of butc in addition to the default LWP one,
  with suffix ".pthread"
- disable patch101 (obsoleted by upstream hack)
- removed the build hack from 1.3.80-1.SL, fixed upstream
